Vendor Terms

Draft for legal review. These Vendor Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service when you list products or buy leads on discover.az.

1. Listings

• Basic listings are free. Listings and products are reviewed before they go live.
• You must be authorised to represent the company and keep information (including prices and compliance claims) accurate.
• Compliance claims (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001) must be supported by evidence on request.

2. Fees

• All fees are shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• Subscriptions (Premium, Verified, Enterprise Partner, Enterprise Shield, lead packages) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel with 30 days' notice; the plan remains active until the end of the notice period.
• Enterprise lead unlocks are charged at the industry rate shown; exclusive leads cost twice the standard rate. Package credits are used first; overage is charged at the package overage rate.
• Commission on SMB customers who contact you through a stack and convert: 10% of the customer's monthly value for up to 12 months, invoiced monthly, based on conversions you report.
• Invoices are payable by card (Stripe) or bank transfer, within 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Use of buyer data

• You may use buyer contact details only to respond to that specific request.
• You may not resell, share or add buyer data to marketing lists without the buyer's separate consent.
• You act as an independent controller of the data you receive and must comply with GDPR and applicable law.

4. Service levels

Respond to offered leads (unlock or decline) within 48 hours. Missed deadlines lower your lead priority. Listings with an average rating below 3.0 over 10+ reviews are flagged and must submit an improvement plan.

5. Disputes and refunds

You may dispute the quality of an unlocked lead within 30 days. Upheld disputes are refunded or credited. Repeated upheld complaints against you may reduce visibility or lead to suspension.

6. Removal

If your company ceases trading, we remove the listing, cancel subscriptions and refund unused prepaid periods on a prorated basis.
